Ghana mean time
Hi!
Is nice to see such a nice project as basing an AN-2 out of Takoradi (Am I correct?), what are you going to use it for?
There are several ways around with Ghana CAA and it all goes down to Ghana cedis... sad but true...
If what you need is written in a book, they have no other option than accept it, but they have no rush... so be wise and don't face the big heads... find a weaker link...
You can always use the other technique of knowing somebody who knows somebody... that will help you out to speed up things...
