In order to maintain currency yesterday, I spent over an hour de-icing the aeroplane for 15 minutes of circuits.
It would have taken me much longer but a very nice young lady from the local professional flight school loaned me their de-icing kit. If she happens to read this - thanks again.
If we have much more of this I am going to start flying a low wing aeroplane
