According to Alliance's web site (
http://www.allianceairlines.com.au/d...30190%29.pdf); they have picked up the Newmont contract and are going to set up a base in Darwin.
Pearl's hangars are used by AeroRescue (separate company, same owners) too. Even if Pearl is sold, AeroRescue still need the hangars and offices (unless Cobham pick up the SAR contract then maybe they would need that space too?).
The hangars might actually be worth more than Pearl!!!
