On another occasion we made a rapid diversion to Wittering with rising HTP temperatures. Wittering was chosen because it too was a 'Blue Steel base'. ...can't remember whether they did an offload.

Having said that, I think the installation in the photos is probably too elaborate to be an HTP offload point.
