XXX, speaking about being on the other side of the fence, how many employee's actually have a background/qualified in "Human Resource Management". It is the HR person's responsibility to answer all job enquires either by automail or by phone etc etc, there will alway's be applications from less experienced candidates, this happens in all industries...this is nothing new
