I did one of these checks for a lass who due to injury hadn't been able to exercise and had piled on some kilos, she was also well above average height and didn't look wobbly obese to me but had a BMI up around 38. I had to certify to CASA that she was able to exit the aircraft quickly and had full and free movement of the controls. It's not a big deal.
