Move on is absolutely right.
Do not give out all your personal info and history on your CV to a completely unknown person.
Any organization that needs to hire staff should be able to identify themselves, the job location, aircraft types etc.

The AFAP should not accept such "no names/no info" adverts on its jobs page at all.

In a thread about a potential new startup "no names/no info given" regional airline advert earlier this year someone suggested that it could potentially be a fake advert by an existing regional to see if any of its current staff were considering leaving by seeing who applied for it.
With recriminations to follow for those people no doubt.

A little paranoid maybe but given the poor management styles and behaviours at many operators nowadays I wouldn't put it past many of them.
Remember,.... just because you are paranoid doesn't mean people aren't really out to get you.
