You are going about this the wrong way.
A random FSDO will have no idea what to do with this information.
If you do intend to finish in the USA:
- Find a good reliable school (not the cheapest)
- Apply for the validation with the link provided.
- Bring all paperwork,invoices,logbooks, training records that you have
- Start practicing for the FAA PPL written test, you dont need to take it again just practice for your general knowledge
- Pass a written test for the IFR (start practicing now)
- Pass a written test for the CPL (start practicing now)
