You are going about this the wrong way.
A random FSDO will have no idea what to do with this information.
If you do intend to finish in the USA:
  • Find a good reliable school (not the cheapest)
  • Apply for the validation with the link provided.
  • Bring all paperwork,invoices,logbooks, training records that you have
  • Start practicing for the FAA PPL written test, you dont need to take it again just practice for your general knowledge
  • Pass a written test for the IFR (start practicing now)
  • Pass a written test for the CPL (start practicing now)

You can order training materials from Gleim Home Page or practice for free on Pilot Practice Page but their database is not the most current but still good for training.

Review rule 61.129 and see how many of the FAA CPL requirements you already meet:
