The A/c in question was large,ie not a Gulfstream,Bombardier,Bizjet type,approx 100ft wingspan,100ft fuselage.
I definitely saw winglets and I am sure I saw a stack of four engines at the back.
Just wondering if Putin and his entourage's IL-62 has had an upgrade with winglets ie a one-off,but then the photo's say no to this!
