IR start and issue requirements
From the CAA website (http://www.caa.co.uk/docs/33/SRG_FCL_01.PDF) the requirements to have the IR issued are:
- 50 hours PIC cross-country
- Night rating

Are there any other requirements?

What do you need to start the IR training (assuming the CPL has not been completed already)?
