Been a long time between drinks old chum!
I did one for a student with Ankylising Spondylitis (basically full-body arthritis) - they were worried he wouldn't be able to turn his head/shoulders to do a proper lookout.
Having an FOI do the check is big time, though.
Losing the kilos will benefit you anyway. Do it.
