I have been living in the Philippines around 12years. Have visited quite a number of schools and also seen how foreign students suffer in Pilot Training due to problems with the institute / CAAP etc. But there are also good ones out there.
This are few names of institutes you should NOT get admitted.

AMA Delta International Aviation
Visayas aerospace college and technology
Ace Pilots Aviation Academy
Strike Wing Aviation
RED WING International Aviation
Some other school still have website but are not operational anymore. And better yet out of any school specially in Plaridel Airport, Bulacan.
