Thanks for pointing me in the direction of previous threads - DQ's was particularly useful esp the
Canadian Seaplane link. We're going to be spending some time in Edmonton and the place that seems to fit the floatplane training bill in that area is
Cooking Lake Aviation (CAD250=GBP100/hr C180 with floats Dual).
Just wondering if anyone has any experience of this outfit, or if anyone has successfully converted Canadian floatplane training into a JAA license rating. Also hopefully the Canadian authorites aren't as bureacratic concerning Visas a la US these days....Thanks for all your help....
