Interesting point of view algol..
Surely HAS is a daughter company of KA and as such abide the law.. However you fail to see the bigger problem underneath..How come HKA did not pay the bill in time?? I think that alone should be enough to revoke the AOC, just maybe HKCAD is being nice to HKA for a change
