When I did my ATO flight test, I had to provide a "perfect" flight plan for a PPL test (they provided the route).
The FTE went over the plan, then we hired an aircraft and went for a fly. He played "Bloggs" and my role was to pick his "fails".
When he bombed an item, I had to state what he'd done, why it was a fail, and the consequences; fail, fail with partial credits, etc.
...and when you've passed and it's all done and dusted, like Aussie Bob said... you wait!
