WB is either poorly educated or as he is ex-FR, a firm believer of his own bullsh1t. The CAA, for one, would have a lot to say about such a proposition. Even the puppets that are the IAA refuse to allow FR to have a 100% contractor ratio. The CAA, in my opinion, have much more balls and would be lobbied hard by the likes of BA, Monarch, Thomson and others. Even BALPA might get their finger out of their posterior over this one.
