Well, it is a right to have representation by a union in the UK. With the current amount of flexi crew working for the same company, it might be a case that either Parc or CTC don't have a choice but to accept a union as long as there are enough uptakers.

With the current amount of flexi crew from CTC and Parc it won't be just a case of changing FTO.
