We can't travel on UA right now at all. Even the letter is a no go. The great part is that they can still travel on us using paper tickets. We accept their paper tickets and if we could still print them, they would accept ours. Until they get over to an offline employee e-ticket system, we are hosed. Seeing as their employees work for the largest airline in the world, we don't have much leverage.
