@ vishwas_ddn.........when did your friend re-submit his documents, as in what date in the month of June?.........Heard that DGCA is short staffed.........I called up Mr Vashishta this morningand he asked me to call up Mrs Baljit Kaur and have the file forwarded.I tried calling this lady a zillion times but to no avail.I guess this is the only way out man....I will try calling this lady again tom...
