I beleive that was Ron White..and he was spot on. This lady is the definition of stupid! I wonder what the criteria is for being appointed a minister in Nigeria. One would think you should at least have some knowledge of the f
g area first. May God help them develop some sort of common sense. It's really sad to see things like this happen.
