Your view of the people who are leaving EZY is not quite accurate. I myself was on an 'old' contract and gave up a command when I left just under two years ago. I have many friends who were in the same position and also left. EZY was a good company and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, but with the way it was heading unfortunately it was time to move on.
