AFAIK, I never saw one, and your link looks interesting - thanks! (I particularly liked the archaic US expression "ship" - that takes me back - and had to smile at the ernest injunction not to confuse the Carburetter Heat with the Cockpit Heat (as if I would ?)
I would have thought that the poor devils on the stretchers would find it a bit more roomy and comfortable than (say) an Auster (did we have those then?)
