attitudeFlying, don't worry about it. Singaporeans treat all foreigners equally badly. It doesn't matter if they are Indians, Chinese, Malaysians, Indonesians, etc. This, despite the fact that their parents/ grandparents actually came from India, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc.
When I do my safety pilot duty, I do it to the best of my ability. So what if the guy is not local? He is still my colleague. We are all here to feed the family, so lets just do our best to help him eh? Doing the bare minimum just because he is a foreigners reminds me of some of our instructors in Australia. They gave us a hard time because they thought that we were not deserving of the opportunity given to us. Sounds like what some of us are doing now. Just vice versa.
