Ignorant question on my part but curious nonetheless:
Does the feedback to hire local pilots and stop cadet recruitment overseas ever reach the ears of SIA Senior Management? Or do they not view Pilot feedback as important?
I feel SIA has a duty to explain to us why there are so many foreigners in the airline? Why did not more SIA 777 Skippers and Assistant Drivers cross over to Scoot to make space for new local hires?
Since they are wholly owned by Temasek Holdings which is an arm of our Singapore Government, don't they have a moral and legal duty to hire local?
If I am not wrong, is it not an MOM rule that a company can only hire foreigners if they cannot find a local to do the same job?
