BA have never operated from BHD, regional ops by subsidiaries cobbled together then dumped are not a good comparison. Given the CEO of IAG wants this to work and has very publically said so, it would not be the first route to go. I suspect EI will blink before BA do.
As to landing fees, they inherited whatever bmi were payin, unless someone can confirm the deal has been renegotiated?
