Back and picking up the track now and I've remembered the name of the site
I'm pretty certain it's the LBE-1 Glide-Bomb
"Glomb", radio-controlled with the aid of a nose-mounted TV camera; designed by the Naval Aircraft Factory in 1943, but to be produced by Pratt-Read (Gould). Dunno if they did though!
