Ok, silly question time...

Sorry to hijack your thread Mr.Shish but...

Is is possible to build hours on your PPL in exchange for dropping parachutists, crop spraying, banner towing etc - or must you have CPL? Or do the hours between PPL (45) and 200 have to be 'bought'?
