FLARM doesn't output a VGA signal (at least none of the units that I'm aware of).
Instead they output a data stream, which software such as
PocketFMS can read and overlay onto the moving map.
If your GPS system doesn't support it, then I don't see how you could add it without the manufacturer updating their software.
