Regarding Orlando, BY did indeed operate there from LTN in the past.
However, to guarantee a non-stop flight outbound only two aircraft in the fleet then could be used (the CF6-80C equipped 767-200's G-BYAA/AB)
The 767's that operated the Australia/New Zealand flights from LTN made their first fuel-stop originally at Sharjah.
