10.8 has quite a few bugs...on a 300, that is, well...10.8 tries to encompass many features that would not be common on a 737-300...
Boeing has issued 10.8A to fix the issues....Boeing was supposed to have 11 out a long time ago, but there were so many bugs, they had to do a 10.8A, 11.0 will be out around Sept
