It's a disgrace when pilots don't bother to sell themselves cheaper and cheaper. The botom seems to be never reached.
It's a disgrace when the write is on the wall for many months and nobody moved their asses for better oportunities. Just sit and cry about not being paid.
Anyway, in India normally youngsters from afluent families got from daddy the cash to give a try on this career, thus taking their risk.
There's nothing what the goverment can do about that.
India need a lot of good engineers, doctors, lawyers, not pilots.
