Thomson/Britannia are just a shadow of their former selves at LTN. Hangar 89 was vacated several years ago and all of their admin buildings are either empty, knocked down or taken over by new users. Not sure if their flight simulator building is still being used but looking at street view it looks abandoned.

Somewhat of a distorted picture there LTNMan.....

Britannia made the commercial decision to return H89 to the Airport as it was only leased and required major expenditure to modernize being built in the late 1960's. EZY have since had to spend a considerable sum on the facility (although they may have got a bulk discount on the orange paint! )
H61 is owned by Thomson/TUI and based on the current plans, it will eventually become the primary 737NG maintenance centre for the whole TUI group. The 787 may well appear on the odd occasion for AOG work, but currently its not planned to use H61 for scheduled 787 maintenance.

The 767/757 Simulator was sold years ago to GEGAT at LHR and sim training is now carried out at various locations around the country.

Thomson Airways & Thomson Holidays relocated the bulk of their office functions to Wigmore Place near Asda several years ago. This allowed the many offices and buildings at the airport (some better than others!) to be vacated. In the case of Thomson Holidays, the whole operation moved from Hampstead.
