Did that already mate, chap barely heard me and told me to get hold of above-mentioned abomination, rung him up again and told him that no one's picking up, he says he'll pass the message, and when I asked where do I enquire if any action has been taken,
he says call up the section, it's like they are deaf or dumb or both! Like a Dog chasing his own tail!
