Slightly better than you have posted, but by no means "industry average" for wide-body/ long-haul if you exclude cr@p like TNT in Liege.
Heard a few weeks back that they were very dissapointed with quality & quantity of applicants, & had failed a very high percentage at assessment. . . . . peanuts/monkeys etc
