I've had the service for a couple of years now, and most of the time it works fine (apart from the news servers, which have been crap for at least a year).
It
is terribly frustrating when it breaks, as it does from time to time, and they do find some things easier to fix than others.
Any NTL broadband user who hasn't come across Robin Walker's site
here should have a look.
