DrukAir has the highest available power for the A319 engine. Commercially available to anyone who wants to purchase it.
I remember to have seen the charts and the calculations some time ago. All I can say is that it was, well, interesting.
If you have any commercial intentions, call Airbus and Boeing to get you some calculations done (I'd call both, usually helps on the price). If you just want them for fun, try DrukAir directly, but don't put too much hope in it...
