The Big Chief has asked striking employees to not 'disgrace' the airline. I am actually at a loss for words at his statement.
Don't envision a lot of these guys leaving India. I believe China has started looking at Indian pilots now.
Either way the Indian market is going to be saturated with experienced TR'ed guys in the short term. Not good for the wannabees.
