What you read in previous posts are basically true and they are just the tip of the iceberg. 16 hrs duty days (14+2) and you are expected to go beyond (Chinese crew regularly do so), weird procedures, punishment policy and the total ignorance and disrespect of their foreign captains. Things getting worse since Air China has taken over the majority share. Lot of guys leaving this year.
The city is liveable, the package is good, but there are plenty of better options in China now.
