Medical test

Guys, I was informed to do the medical test based on EK's form. I am still waiting for their email about the medical test instruction. But i dont know what kind of medical test should be conducted. Could any one give me some information?
According to the brief guidelines, there is another Medical test in Emirates Clinic as well, am i right? If so, is there any possibility that they will send us home after the medical test in Emirate?
I am in a very good health condition, however I still need some preparation.
