Airbus A380s 2014, A320NEOs in 2015, A350s in 2015/2016, and A330 will be converted to freight some time around 2015/2016. If they want to match Emirates then that means adding 60-80 planes net over the next 4-5 years, and the pilot workforce growing to between 3500-4000.
