Make it look more realistic, and be abit more honest. The amount of people who are going to say the exact same thing as
"On the very rare occasion where I cannot deliver the best customer service to customers I feel annoyed with myself - even when the circumstances are beyond my control."
AND
"I don't consider myself to be a 'weak' person, but like everyone there are certain areas where I can improve - sometimes I might set my standards too high or try and do too much, but for the most part I consider myself to be a strong minded individual"
To be honest it just makes you cringe as it looks incredibly fake. Modern day employers will look right through you!
