Hello Rebak, your post seems fairly emotional and lacks anylogic. I therefore assume that you’re young and new to the flying game. Hey I’vegot no problem with that. I used to feel the same. However as you wonder alongin life things seem to happen. Paying the Mortgage is a biggy followed bychildren etc. Your post would suggest that if Lakey paid you a fiver a day itwouldn’t matter you’d still keep flying, because flying an Aeroplane is a nicejob. Moving on in your assumption; given I’m not particularly happy withEastern I should leave or shut. Well it would almost be impossible to leave thevillage where I live at the moment and there are very few jobs out there - sotherefore I should shut up. So Rebak just explain to me why I should shut up.We live in a democracy and if I have an opinion then I’m free to express it. Thebottom line is. We should be paid the Market rate, receive cost of livingadjustments, and be treated with some respect by our Employer!
