....Not only does business class give you a flexible ticket,you get use of the lounges and priority if your flight is cancelled on alternative flights.So no it's definately not just about a tuna wrap.
As for the cabin crew not offering a second drink how are they to know if you're driving,being picked up,using public transport or perhaps staying at an airport hotel?.
People are responsible for their own actions and should not be pointing the blame at others,a claim such as this would be laughed at and thrown out of any court.
