Momo, as a matter of interest, you say the fare was not reduced?
The ALT station manager in AMS insists that all Biz Class fares are reduced by 50%. Perhaps you bought your seat before the new service was decided upon/publicised? In that case I'd be demanding a refund if I was you!
Incidentally 'trustno1', isn't it rather misleading, if not naiive to suggest that what one gets for the Biz Class fare is just a Tuna Wrap (£2.90 in Tescos).
What one gets is a 'flexible ticket'.
If you are are certain about your travel plans then you don't need that flexibility...so don't buy Biz Class! Its a mugs game.
But I wonder how many people use biz class out of sheer snobbishness! "What ME!? Sit down the back with the bloody plebs! Certainly not!"
