I was a student at RFC back in 2003 (one of the first commercial students there) so my advice is probably somewhat out of date, but what I will say is that if you put the effort in then I'm certain that the management will put even more effort back for you.
They worked me hard when I was there but I gained my FAA CPL ME/IR within 5 weeks and I chose to go back to them for my ATP upgrade.
I now fly for a VVIP operation in the Middle East and travel all over the world thanks in no small part to Yuri and the team in Riverside........
