Do you spend your time in the playground running around saying "I know something you don't know, na na nana na" ??
I have operated, and continue to operate, flights with such schedules. As I said, there is nothing in the Adelaide Act that prevents a flight being planned to depart then, and I have done it many, many times (elsewhere.)
I guess you're my wise and experienced than EK though. And QF, BA, CX, SIA....
