Where to begin...flew with Sam on XIII Sqn numerous occasions over Iraq, on loads of dets overseas and back in Blighty. One of life's nicest blokes, nothing ever phased him, he was really chilled and a great WSO. A tragic loss.
Knew Adam when he went through training, possibly flew with him as his QFI but will need to check my logbook. Far too young.
Didn't know Hywell, but Godspeed to a better place fella.
I've known xxx almost as long as I've been in the RAF, flew alongside him on 17(F) back in the 90's and again on XV(R). Get well soon m8, though I suspect the scars from this will stay with you a long time.
My heartfelt condolences to all the families, friends and colleagues of our lost buddies.
