Don't come to Virgin

Last 8 yrs has seen 2 rounds of layoffs/demotions, flat salary for the last 4 yrs, very dissatisfied workforce. Base LHR, salary BA-40%, roster 2 weeks in advance. Don't come here if you can avoid it!
