My most sincere condolences to all the families and friends - and 'Best of British' to the survivor in hopsital.
To those left to carry on - the military has an odd but effective greiving process that helps ease the pain, as I am sure you are discovering. Having experienced that shock in the past (and remembering it only too well), you will remain grateful for the many friends around you at this sad time; united in grief and united going forward. I am sure all on the sqn will pull together and stand tall.
