As far as i understand the current priority is on replacing / novating back office functionality (eg website, ticketing, airport servicing agreements, catering etc) so that the airline can continue to function once BA removes its support for those elements.
Once that is all in place operational aspects eg new routes, crewing etc can be looked at.
If i were a betting man i would think that the back office will have to be sorted by end of Aug.
